Seaweed Pressings: Art in the afternoon from the Shoreline
Discover the beauty of the shoreline through art in this relaxing, hands-on workshop. Using freshly gathered seaweed, participants will create stunning natural prints and pressings on beautiful papers.
You may bring your favorite wet seaweed collected from the beach in a sealed bag, and learn how to carefully arrange and press it to capture its intricate shapes, textures, and delicate details. Bring: If you’d like, bring your favorite wet seaweed in a bag.
Provided: All papers, tools, and art materials. And plenty of seaweed to work with,
