Artist Information & Entry Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Fishers Island Community Center's 8th Annual Art Show.
We look forward to showcasing the creativity and talent of our island artists.
How to Enter
To participate in the show, please complete the online entry below. Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration.
To submit multiple entries, submit the form, reload the page and submit again.
Exhibition Curators
The 8th Annual Art Show is curated by John Harris and Mary Harvey.
We are grateful for their time, expertise, and dedication to presenting a vibrant exhibition that celebrates the artistic spirit of Fishers Island.
Important Dates
Entry Submission Deadline: July 17
Deliver artworks to FICC by: July 20
Opening Reception: July 28, 6PM–7:30PM
Exhibition Dates: July 28 – August 8
Purchased Artwork Available for Collection: After August 8
Unsold Artwork Pickup Deadline: August 14
Delivering Your Artwork
All accepted artwork must be delivered to the Fishers Island Community Center by July 20.
If you are shipping your artwork, please notify us in advance so we can watch for its arrival and confirm receipt.
Artwork Requirements
To ensure artwork can be safely displayed:
All artwork must be wired and ready to hang.
Please label the back of each piece with:
Artist name
Artwork title
Artwork that is not ready for installation may not be accepted.
Sales Information
Artwork may be offered for sale during the exhibition.
Proceeds from all sales are divided 80% to the artist and 20% to the Fishers Island Community Center.
If you would like to exhibit but do not wish to sell your work, please indicate "Not for Sale" in the retail price section of the entry form.
Artwork will not be marked as sold until payment has been received.
Artwork Pickup
Unsold artwork must be collected no later than August 14.
Artwork purchased during the exhibition may be collected by buyers after the show closes on August 8.
