On Wednesday, January 15th we hosted our January Community Dinner and served a delicious menu of striped bass with Panko crust, scalloped potatoes, buttered green beans, and a green salad. For dessert everyone enjoyed Linda’s to-die-for chocolate Angel Food Cake with freshly whipped cream. Our striped bass was donated by local fisherman and was truly outstanding, even people who didn’t consider themselves fish lovers loved it.
