Lily Starbuck stepped over from her responsibilities at the Oyster Farms and cooked a wonderful Irish beef stew for our December Community Dinner. Claudia kindly stepped over from Lighthouse Works and helped us in the kitchen. We also served mashed potatoes, garlic buttered peas, green salad and homemade soda bread. For dessert we enjoyed one of Linda Mrowka’s amazing chocolate cakes beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit. We had a sold-out crowd of 32 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.
