We completed a 21-Day Nutrition Reboot, which began on January 10th and ending on January 31st. We addressed nutrition as well as eating habits, with the goal of becoming better eaters and attaining better health for a wide variety of reasons.. We all learned from one another and, by popular demand, we will be continuing the group.
Beginning on Thursday, February 28th at 5:00 we will gather every Thursday to continue on our wellness journey together.
