More than 100 enthusiastic participants joining in the fun on a bright, sunny, and freezing Thanksgiving Day. Everyone had a great morning, young and old alike. Some walked, some ran, and everybody enjoyed connecting and socializing despite the cold. All the participants added to their Turkey Trot T-Shirt collections, and the top finishers earned a jug of Cook Family Farm maple syrup. We served mulled cider, clementines and muffins, and Stacey McCarthy (with her Healing Hands) was offering soothing chair massages for the tired and sore. It was a wonderful way to start the day before heading off to enjoy Thanksgiving celebrations with family. Thank you to all who supported the Community Center!
