Audrey Ludemann has been practicing Reiki since 2008. She initially learned Usui Reiki with Reiki Master, Libby Barnett (from Kripalu in Massachusetts), who came to Fishers Island through the Union Chapel to offer Reiki I and II. Audrey has since earned her White Star Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher designations, the highest certifications offered. Audrey finds the modality a remarkably effective complementary medicine.

During a Reiki session, you sit or lie on a massage table, fully clothed and covered with a sheet and/or blanket. A practitioner will place or hover their hands over various parts of your body. 30-minute Session – Best suited for specific areas of body aches and pains and overuse, such as tendonitis, tennis elbow, knee pain, to name a few.
60-minute Session – A traditional Reiki session, this works best for overall well-being. The practitioner follows a predictable sequence of hand placements that allows the Reiki receiver to experience the healing and balance of mind, body and spirit that is the gift of reiki.
90-minute session – A combination of the 30 and 60 minute sessions, this option works best for those who seek all the benefits of a 60-minutes session plus additional attention targeting specific areas.
