In this workshop, learn how to correct and optimize your breathing by implementing a few simple exercises. Whether you are a teacher, lawyer or high level athlete, these exercises will benefit your overall well being. This workshop will also incorporate some asana practice.
John Longinides is an accomplished athlete, trained in martial arts, he is a yoga instructor, and is certified to teach breathing by Oxygen Advantage.
